The UBIQUITI NanoStation NS-5ACL is a professional, outdoor radio device operating in the airMAX ac (MIMO TDMA) standard. This compact access point is designed for high performance and reliability in harsh weather conditions. The radio module is integrated with a 13dBi gain antenna in a single, sealed enclosure, which eliminates signal loss on cables and makes the device an ideal customer premises equipment (CPE) for broadband systems. One of the key advantages of the device is support for real TCP/IP throughput reaching up to 450 Mbps, which is a threefold increase compared to standard airMAX products. Thanks to the use of the 5GHz band, the device is less susceptible to interference occurring in the popular 2.4GHz band. The NS-5ACL also offers a range exceeding 10 kilometers, which allows for the construction of stable wireless bridges and extensive point-to-multipoint networks. An additional advantage is the built-in 2.4GHz radio dedicated exclusively to management, which enables instant configuration of the device using a smartphone and the free UNMS mobile application, without the need to climb the mast with a laptop. The device's construction is extremely well-thought-out – the enclosure is resistant to UV radiation and extreme temperatures from -40 to 70 degrees Celsius. Installation is quick and does not require specialized tools, which significantly reduces installation costs. The NanoStation NS-5ACL is a solution that combines modern MIMO technology with a compact design, ensuring a stable internet connection and support for high-resolution IP monitoring systems.
